Partnering with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app, anonymous passenger feedback gathered based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights. Passengers from more than one million flights and nearly 600 airlines from around the world were given the opportunity to provide anonymous ratings in five subcategories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
It is to be recalled that Ethiopian crowned the 2022 APEX Regional Passenger Choice Awards for ‘Best Entertainment’ and ‘Best Cabin Service’ in Africa last year. The airline has also won multiple reputable awards, including SKYTRAX and Business Travel Awards consecutively in the past years.
This is one shining light that has been around for more than 8 decades now. I remember I puffed up with pride when I first saw one of its DC passenger planes parked on the tarmac of Aden when that city was still in the former British Protectorate. I was a young boy then just taking a peak from outside the airport. I was puffing up with a pride to the point of blowing up. Everyone that had flown the airline had nothing but admiration and praise for the service they received. It was almost infectious. That was until the commies took over that territory. After that it all downhill and worse.
