(Gadda.com) Even since it came to power in 1991, the TPLF regime has relied on a number of gimmicks, which are catchphrases with no policy solutions, to deny and delay freedom and democracy. From the so-called Article-39 to GTP, it is through such gimmicks that TPLF intends to keep its hegemony over the oppressed in Ethiopia.
