    Very Nice
Civilized Exchange out of the insidous respective agendas of the Diplomats.
Scratch my back, I scratch Yours is the ultimate respective agenda . Nothing comes free.
It does not mention the intensity of the “scratching” !!! hahaha.
What is important is the diplomatic deception of each other, including hugging each other, for the show.
It is simple manipulation of each other for the maximum gaining of fresh “milk” out of the innocent ‘“cows’”.
It is simple political maneuvering, to the maximum benefit, out of each other,
Every body is happy –goes home to count their intakes for the day; and goes to bed – ………..please, ffill the dots.

    AMEN – INSHALLAH [ please.note, the prayer is in Alphabetical Order — A. and I ]

  2. This is a sick joke on Ethiopia. Regions acting as de facto countries and dealing in international diplomacy as if they are sovereign states. When will this childish “Iqa Iqa chewata” end? It is like Debretsion was collecting western diplomats in Meqele before the war.

  3. Hah!!! Amhara region asked Russia to do what? Please somebody, I said somebody, tell me this is fake news! Russia to do what? I just can’t believe what I’m reading here! My Amhara neighbors are way better than that! I refuse to believe this story!
