Why we should not expect the much anticipated change from the new PM Hailemariam Desalegn?

As much as there is a positive attitude towards the new PM Hailemariam Desalegn and expectation by the Diaspora Ethiopian community and even the western nations in regards to some change and easement of the state control and a shift in policy from the authoritarian one‐man (Meles) rule into a more inclusive government, what we have been hearing and seeing is to the contrary.
