Disrupting Safety: Unruly Behavior on Ethiopian Airlines Flight Unacceptable

On August 22, 2024, a disturbing incident occurred on an Ethiopian Airlines flight from Addis Ababa to Mekele, Tigray, where passengers refused to exit the plane despite being informed of the flight cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions. The behavior of these passengers was not only disrespectful but also compromised the safety of everyone on board.

Ethiopian Airlines took necessary actions to mitigate disruptions caused by the foggy weather, prioritizing the safety of their passengers. However, the actions of these passengers were unacceptable and disrupted operations. It is essential to respect airline staff and follow their guidance for a smooth and safe journey.

The incident is particularly concerning given the recent civil war between the TPLF and the Ethiopian government, which may have contributed to the resentment displayed by the passengers. However, this does not justify their behavior, and it is crucial to address the social problems facing Ethiopia.
The federal police have taken legal action against six suspects who violated aviation regulations, and an investigation is underway. This incident serves as a learning experience for all Ethiopians, highlighting the importance of respecting safety protocols and following instructions from airline staff.

Let us appreciate Ethiopian Airlines for prioritizing safety and take this opportunity to promote respect and understanding, ensuring a safe and smooth journey for all passengers.

  1. I have bad, really bad news for all of you bigots and connivers in LA, Minnesota, Tennessee, Oslo and Down Under. It has nothing to do with how these marauders behaved aboard the plane of the best airline in Africa and one of the best in the world. But what I’m gonna tell you is about the latest from the GERD dam. Its third turbine has started generating electricity and it has a 400MW capacity. That brings the total generation of 1,550MW now as we speak. That fire spitting patriot Obbo Seleshi bin Bekele, PhD has just announced that 5,150MW of electricity will be generated soon. Okay bigots! You see that lake near you? Go and jump in it and don’t even think about coming up! It is better for you than licking the boots of el-Sisi!!!
