Birhanemeskel Abebe Segni, talks about identity politics and constitutional governance. Segni served as a High Court Judge in Ethiopia, legal advisor at the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and also as a diplomat at the Ethiopian Mission to the United Nations in New York. Segni currently is an Attorney and Counsellor at Law in the United States. –
