The inscription on the Stone is written in Ancient Greek, Sabaean and Ge’ez, the holy language of Ethiopia (similar to the Rosetta Stone). It is a trilingual record of the conversion of King Ezana to Christianity and his subjugation of other kingdoms. IMAGE: Creative Commons
