  1. The problem is ‘Dimtschin Yisema’ failed as leader; or it is dead or purposefully/foolishly killed the Ethiopian Muslims struggle.

Ethiopian Muslims, women and men, were the first to bravely confront woyane/TPLF forces for the first time but the lack of leadership paralyzed the movement. AS a result, the ethio Muslims are now left out of ‘Vision Ethiopia’ organised by ESAT and it’s owner Ginbot7.

Sadiq Ahmed (the jouranalsit from D.C) should take responsibility because he is one of the people who killed ‘Dimstachin Yisema’ and other hard working Muslim Ethiopian journalists and activities.

Unless a new leader comes out from Muslim struggle, unfortunately Ethio Muslims has to go back 40 years and restart the struggle from ZERO.

  2. What ever ….you said one thing is clear .As far as religious rights is concerned , Future democratic Ethiopian government shouldn’t interfere in moslem or christian affairs. I am sure you must have heard about secular system. I think this was the system vision Ethiopia had been advocating in the past and hopefully will discuss it during the upcoming conference.

I don’t know whether secular system will satisfy your demand but I believe that is the only way forward to guarantee religious tolerance and freedom in our future Ethiopia. You don’t want more than secular system. Do you? Tell us if you have more demands than that.

Unless you had a secret plan to impose SHARIA on the entire 100 000 000 people , there was no need to blame vision Ethiopia or ESAT for that matter. I would suggest you just ask to be invited to the conference and let us hear your proposal is all about. Thanks.

  3. There were calls for papers. The call for papers were available in many websites. BBN should have encouraged scholars from the Muslim community to present carefully thought out works. It is blaming others for its own failure. It should publicly apologize for misleading the general public.

  4. The commentator Johnny you’ve gone to extremes. No one talks about
creating Sharia or secular government. Since Muslims are forerunners of the struggle to overthrow Woyane regime, they’re asking why they are asking why they’ve not been included in the transition and drafting of the constitution of Ethiopia.
The rationale behind is because their question has not still been addressed and resolved. Moreover, since they comprise large percentage
of the Ethiopian community, their involvement in the decision making of their destiny shouldn’t have been neglected.Don’t also forget that the majority of the Oromo people are Muslims. How is it possible then to undermine the Dimtsachen Yisema struggle and forget its inclusion in whichever of Ethiopian affairs ?
