Shakespeare’s original allusion to “Atë” (substituted here by Rice, Power, Sherman and Menendez) was to the “goddess of mischief, delusion, ruin, blind folly, rash action and reckless impulse who led men down the path of ruin and caused great suffering.
The Atë Evil Twins [Rice and Power] are leading the US down the path of permanent separation with Ethiopia.
So, the “Atës” of the Biden administration are ranging for revenge against Ethiopia on behalf the terrorist TPLF.
Truth be told, Ethiopians are raging with hate against the Biden administration.
That is why USAID and the US Embassy in Ethiopia are doing silly things running around the country to impress Ethiopians. Every day, they post pictures of poor Ethiopians they are helping. Almost all of it stupid ****!
The fact of the matter is that the “Ates” of the Biden administration are itching to declare genocide and impose crippling sanctions on Ethiopia.
Alas!
Their foul deed of “sanctions” smells above the earth and stinks to high heavens.
Oyez! Oyez! Oyez!
Hear ye! Hear ye! Hear ye!
There will be no peace negotiations with terrorist TPLF.
There will be no ceasefire negotiations with terrorist TPLF.
There will be no negotiations of any kind with terrorist TPLF.
Certainly, not for lack of political will on the part of the Ethiopian Government.
Certainly, not for lack of good faith on the part of the Ethiopian Government.
There is nothing more the Ethiopian Government wants than resolve the conflict in Tigray and bring the people of Tigray into the warm embrace of their brothers and sisters and put them front and center in Ethiopia’s march to peace, progress and prosperity.
But peace and prosperity in Ethiopia are not on the agenda of terrorist TPLF and their bankrollers and paymasters – the Biden administration and the European Union.
What is on their agenda is sanctions, demonization, dehumanization, bloodshed, strife, warfare and perpetual destabilization of Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa.
Susan Rice a/k/a the “Princess of Darkness” and Samantha Power a/k/a “Queen of Beggars” are the tip of the spear in the Biden administration’s state terrorism in Ethiopia.
Playing second fiddle in the concert of the Forces of Evil are Congressman Brad “Gotta Pay to Play” Sherman and Senator and formerly indicted criminal Senator Robert Menendez along with the Dirty Dozen.
The Biden administration and its congressional lackeys are interested in one and only one thing; DESTRUCTION OF THE ETHIOPIAN NATION.
I have already made the legal case against the Biden administration’s state terrorism in Ethiopia. I will not revisit that here.
I have also made the legal case against the European Union’s state terrorism by brazen interference in Ethiopia’s election. I will not revisit that here.
As I said, there will be no peace, ceasefire or any other negotiations with terrorist TPLF.
Why?
Terrorist TPLF does not want peace.
Terrorist TPLF was born and raised on its mother’s milk of war, blood, murder and plunder.
Terrorist TPLF and its bankrollers and paymasters barking sanctions want three things:
1) Return TPLF to power as sole rulers of Ethiopia.
2) Return TPLF to power as the birthright masters of Ethiopia and Ethiopians.
3) Return TPLF to power as the divinely ordained Caesars of Ethiopia.
In this diabolical mission, terrorist TPLF is led in battle by none other than Susan Rice, the Princess of Darkness, herself.
For the past two years, Rice’s spirit has been “ranging for revenge” against Ethiopia and on the Ethiopia people.
There is no question terrorist TPLF and its paymasters desperately want a ceasefire.
So that they will have time to regroup and reorganize their ragtag terrorist force.
So they will have time to recruit child soldiers and make them cannon fodder.
So they can smuggle arms from Egypt via Sudan to continue the war.
So they can get resupply flights arranged by the Biden administration and satellite intelligence to reinvade and massacre Ethiopians for the fourth, fifth and umpteenth time.
There was supposed to be the first meeting to prepare for “negotiations” between the Ethiopian Government and representatives of terrorist TPLF in South Africa during the weekend of October 7, 2022.
Terrorist TPLF got cold feet and bailed out.
They said the “logistics” could not be arranged.
That is BS because the Biden administration has previously arranged below-the radar flights to sneak out terrorist TPLF leaders for secret talks with Ethiopian Government officials.
Another date has not been set because there ain’t gonna be one.
The fact of the matter is that terrorist TPLF is getting hammered, pounded and milled by heroic Ethiopian National Defense Forces supported by joint regional forces.
Terrorist TPLF today can’t run and can’t hide.
From her Lady(air)ship Belaynesh Amede, that is.
Ethiopians know who I am talking about.
Belaye, Ethiopians find you so loveable.
But your love for terrorist TPLF is so unpredictable. Flammable. Combustible.
It is said the real reason terrorist TPLF chickened out is that they could not field a negotiating team.
They cannot agree on who should represent them at the negotiations.
There is evidence of division among the terrorist leaders.
There are those who want to cut and run. They can’t handle the ENDF heat.
There are those who want to cut a deal just to save their skins.
There are the demented bloodthirsty desperadoes who believe they can still win militarily if given a fourth, fifth, sixth, umpteenth chance to invade.
Their philosophy is simple. “We’ve tried a thousand times and failed. Let’s keep trying until we sacrifice all of the people of Tigray.”
There are those who are scared they will be strung up from a tree if peace comes because they will be held accountable by the people of Tigray for the thousands of deaths of Tigreans in the war.
The paymasters and bankrollers of terrorist TPLF do not want them to go to the negotiating table because they don’t trust them to do the right thing: Continue the war while pretending to negotiate.
The fact of the matter is that there will be no ceasefire, peace or negotiations of any kind until terrorist TPLF DISARMS, DEMOBILIZES AND DEMILITARIZES. Period!
For the Biden-Rice administration, talk of “peace and ceasefire negotiations” is a ploy, a stratagem to get the Ethiopian government to let its guard down and give terrorist TPLF another chance to invade, murder and plunder.
The Biden administration’s song and dance about peace, ceasefire, etc., is intended to save terrorist TPLF from certain doom at the hands of the ENDF and allied regional Ethiopian forces.
The Biden administration’s song and dance about peace, ceasefire, etc., is intended to be a WMDD (weapon of mass distraction by disinformation).
The Biden administration prayed and hoped the Ethiopian government will walk away from “negotiations” so they can launch their mass propaganda of Tigray Genocide.
The doggone hypocrites!
On October 12, 2022, Australia, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States issued a “Joint Statement” calling on the “Government of Ethiopia and the Tigray regional authorities to immediately halt their military offensives, agree to a cessation of hostilities.”
In an act of supreme irony, they urged, “We call on the parties to recognize there is no military solution to the conflict.”
Yet the Biden administration believes there is a military solution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict and has made sure the Ukrainian government will not negotiate with Russia.
In a message to Congress requesting billions of dollars in military aid, Biden said there is a military solution for Ukraine. “I urge the Congress to pass this funding quickly to help Ukraine continue to succeed against Russian aggression.”
Blinken says the Ukraine fight will go on, must go on!
Does the Biden administration have an exit strategy for Ukraine?
Of course, it does.
It is the same exit strategy used in Afghanistan: Cut and run!
President George Bush II made the profound observation, “Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.”
Well, Ethiopia can’t get fooled again.
But the Biden administration and its proxy terrorists are free to fool themselves.
So, the TPLF finds itself between the devil and the deep blue sea.
Did I just repeat myself?
I should have said the TPLF devil is in the deep blue sea (a/k/a “deep doo doo”) and sinking to the bottom fast.
Cry “Genocide” and unleash the barking dogs of sanctions on Ethiopia
For the past year and nine months, the Biden administration has been merchandising disinformation on “horrifying atrocities being committed in Tigray.”
On June 29, 2021, Lord (Tariq) Ahmad of Wimbledon blustered, “This week, UK and NATO ministers agreed powerful action to stand up to these brutal crimes and ensure we can protect and support victims and survivors today and in the future.
Over the past few days, the dogs of sanctions have been barking the same old song of “Tigray genocide.”
On October 11, 2022, after months of silence on Ethiopia, Queen of Beggars Samantha Power slithered back to launch a twitter storm on “Tigray Genocide.”
In one hour, Power fired off three tweets to light up the “Tigray Genocide” campaign.
In the first tweet, she claimed “babies in Tigray are dying at 4 times pre-war levels.”
In a second tweet, she claimed “airstrike killed over 50 people at a school and IDP site and displaced 340,000 people.”
In the third tweet, she commanded, “Eritrean forces must go back across the border.”
On cue from Power, Congressman Brad “Gotta Pay to Play” Sherman tweeted, “Spoke directly to @POTUS #Biden today regarding potential genocide in #Tigray.”
Martin Griffiths, UN Relief Chief tweeted, “I am beyond worried about the safety of civilians and humanitarian staff.”
EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell tweeted, “Horrified by the reports of continuous violence, including targeting of civilians.”
Linda Thomas-Greenfield at the UN tweeted, “Deeply troubled by the escalation of violence in northern Ethiopia.”
Antony Blinken issued a press statement, “We call on the Ethiopian National Defense Forces and Eritrean Defense Forces to immediately halt their joint military offensive and for Eritrea to withdraw its forces from northern Ethiopia.
The indicted criminal Senator Robert Menendez, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued a statement on October 15, 2022 threating to “pursue Senate passage of my Ethiopia Peace and Democracy Promotion Act of 2021, which would impose punitive measures.”
In a coordinated twitter attack, the laziest crook-gressman the US House, Gregory Meeks (Chair, House Foreign Relations Committee) blathered about worsening situation, atrocities, etc. in Tigray
US press-titute media ran away with the disinformation campaign trying to set up the narrative for “Tigray Genocide” so that the Biden administration can impose crippling sanctions.
Wall Street Journal reported, “Tens of thousands of Eritrean troops cross into restive province of Tigray, cutting off humanitarian aid as mediation stutters.”
AP reported, “fresh fighting has halted aid deliveries to Tigray, where 5 million people need humanitarian assistance. Eritrea’s military has launched an extensive offensive.
National Public Radio proclaimed, a “disastrous humanitarian crisis has been unfolding in a war that has become the world’s unseen war.”
The echo (barking) chamber of the dogs of sanctions is singing its old tunes.
“Tigray Genocide!” “Tigray War Crimes!” “Tigray Famine!” “Tigray Ethnic Cleansing!” “Tigray Blockade!”
“Tigray Atrocities!” “Tigray Crisis!” “Tigray Gender-based Violence! ”Tigray Human Rights Abuses!”
Nothing new.
It is the same old song Susan Rice, the Princess of Darkness, Samantha Power, the Queen of Beggars and Linda Thomas-Greenfield at the UN have been singing for past year and nine months.
The troika, or if you prefer to wax Shakespearean (Macbeth), the “Three Wicked Witches,” never miss an opportunity to remind the world Tigray is hell on earth.
What they never mention is the irrefutable fact the terrorist TPLF is solely and singularly responsible for making Tigray hell on earth by conscripting child soldiers, converting humanitarian aid to support its terrorist army, looting humanitarian warehouses and starving and using the people of Tigray as pawns in its futile and comical efforts to regain power.
So, by incanting the magical words “Abracadabra Tigray Genocide,” the dogs of sanction seek to capture the world’s attention and command the supreme moral high ground to justify crippling sanctions and even a humanitarian invasion of Ethiopia.
Talking loud, saying nothing and carrying the big stick of sanctions
President Teddy Roosevelt once said, “I have always been fond of the West African proverb: ‘Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far’.”
President Joe Biden, puppet mastered by the Princess of Darkness Susan Rice, is fond of talking loud and carrying the big stick of sanctions.
But he will not get far.
Biden sanctioned Ethiopia by kicking her of the African Growth and Opportunities Act regime.
On September 10, 2022, Biden renewed sanctions against Ethiopia in his Executive Order.
Kicking Ethiopia out of AGOA did damage to the poor trying to survive but it did not crush the spirit of the Ethiopian people.
I talked to quite a few of the impacted people and they told me to tell Biden to take AGOA and shove it.
Ethiopians are resilient people.
They took Biden’s sanctions licking and kept on ticking.
I have long made my position clear.
I have long declared USAID in Ethiopia is a source of grave moral hazard.
I have made pronouncements US aid in Ethiopia is “dead aid.”
I have called for the abolition of USAID.
I abhor US aid and USAID in Ethiopia.
I believe in investments in Ethiopia, not aid.
Investments. Never aid!
Those who are addicted to aid are condemned to be perpetual beggars.
That was foretold by Chief Obafemi Awolowo, the Nigerian nationalist, author and statesman in 1967, at the 4th Summit meeting of the Organization of African Unity.
Today, Africa is a Continent of COMPETING BEGGAR NATIONS. We vie with one another for favours from our former colonial masters; and we deliberately fall over one another to invite neocolonialists to come to our different territories to preside over our economic fortunes…
… We may continue and indeed we will be right to continue to use the power and influence which sovereignty confers, as well as the tactics and manoeuvres which international diplomacy legitimatises, to extract more and more alms from our benefactors. But the inherent evil remains—and it remains with us and with no one else: unless a beggar shakes off and irrevocably turns his back on, his begging habit, he will forever remain a beggar. For, the more he begs the more he develops the beggar characteristics of lack of initiative, courage, drive and self-reliance.
In my March 9, 2017 commentary in The Hill, I argued:
The best way America can help Africa is by letting Africa help itself, and by making sure the culture of panhandling on the continent is permanently ended. The Trump administration should provide aid to African regimes only if they meet stringent conditions of accountability and transparency.
Ethiopia needs to end its aid addiction cold turkey.
Modified Newton’s Third Law: For every sanction, there is an equal and opposite reaction
Newton’s third law of motion predicts forces always occur in pairs, and one object cannot exert a force on another without experiencing the same strength force in return.
That is, if object A exerts a force on object B, object B also exerts an equal and opposite force on object A.
If the Biden administration exerts crippling sanctions on Ethiopia, all of Africa will respond with equal and opposite reaction to the sanctions.
South African Foreign Minister Naledi Pandor made it clear to Blinken when he visited there in early August 2022. She told him point-blank:
Because when we believe in freedom – as I’m saying, it’s freedom for everybody – you can’t say because Africa is doing this, you will then be punished by the United States…. One thing I definitely dislike is being told `either you choose this or else.’ When a minister speaks to me like that … I definitely will not be bullied in that way, nor would I expect any other African country worth its salt to agree to be [so] treated. (Boldface added.)

Africans are angry at the Biden administration.
On March 2, 2022, during the vote on the resolution to condemn Russia’s military action in Ukraine, of the 35 countries that voted to abstain, 17, virtually one-half, (48.6 percent) were African.
On October 8, 2022, the U.N. Human Rights Council voted to extend the bogus human rights investigation in Ethiopia by hand selected hatchet job team. “It was rejected by all the African members currently on the 47-member U.N. Human Rights Council, even those which often side with the West on human rights issues.”
When the General Assembly voted to suspend Russia from the UN Human Rights Council, of the 24 “No” votes, 9 were African. South Africa was among the 23 African abstentions, with another 11 not voting.
On October 12, 2022, when the UN General Assembly condemned Russia’s “illegal annexations” of Ukrainian territory, “twenty-six African countries voted in favor of the resolution rejecting Moscow’s controversial referenda in four Ukrainian regions. Nineteen African countries abstained.”
The Biden administration, playing sanctions game of chicken, is on a collision course with Africa.
There is an old African saying along these lines: “A man backed into a corner will fight like hell, because his only option is to win or die.”
Sun-Tzu in “The Art of War” teaches a similar lesson: “If an army is completely surrounded with no option to retreat, and must either fight or die, then they will fight with triple the spirit of a normal warrior” and win.
The Biden administration has backed Ethiopia and the rest of Africa into a corner.
I believe the Biden administration’s dogs of sanctions should read Josep Borrell’s, EU High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Foreign Minister, stunningly honest speech on October 10, 2022.
I believe it is the most significant speech ever given by a Western leader in the post-WW II period.
And I called Borrell “Dumbbell Borrell” for his attempt to steal the 2021 Ethiopian election.
Hope springs eternal. Borrell has saved himself.
Borrell said, it is a New Day.
Unless the West atones and makes amends, said Borrell, “Our model will perish, will not be able to survive in this world.”
The world is not purely bipolar. We have multiple players and poles, each one looking for their interest and values. Look at Turkey, India, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Indonesia. They are middle powers. They are swing states – they vote on one side or the other according to their interests, not only their theoretical values. But these people – I mention them again: Turkey, India, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Indonesia – are players and poles. This creates this messy multipolarity. These people – and there are a lot of people inside – are there, and not always following us. Look at Mexico’s President [Andrés Manuel López Obrador]’s recent speech…
When we say that China is our rival, systemic rival, systemic rival means that our systems are in rivalry. And the Chinese are trying to explain to the world that their system is much better. Because, well, maybe you are not going to choose your head of government, but you will have food, and heat, and social services, you will improve your living conditions. Many people in the world, yes, they go and vote and choose their government, but their material conditions are not being improved. And in the end, people want to live a better life.
We have to explain what are the links between political freedom and a better life. We, Europeans, we have this extraordinary chance. We live in the world in this part of the world where political freedom, economic prosperity and social cohesion are the best, the best combination of all of that. But the rest of the world is not like this. Our fight is to try to explain that democracy, freedom, political freedom is not something that can be exchanged by economic prosperity or social cohesion. Both things have to go together. Otherwise, our model will perish, will not be able to survive in this world. (Boldface added.)

The terrorist TPLF and its bankrollers and paymasters will plot and scheme to destroy Ethiopia, but they will never succeed.
God stands on Ethiopia’s side as the 666 horsemen saddle up to wreak havoc and destruction.
It is our day.
Ethiopia is victorious and the bloody traitorous terrorist TPLF dog is dead. God and our victorious ENDF and allied forces be praised.
Ethiopia once again will be a fair land of peace!
