A hint at the possibility of a peaceful resolution to Tigray conflict – Prof. Mammo Muchie weighs in

un 16, 2022 The government of Ethiopia and the rebel force in the country’s North, The Tigray People’s Liberation Front have both hinted at the possibility of a peaceful resolution to the current conflict. But they are yet to agree on how to achieve that. Since November 2020, fighting between the two parties has triggered a humanitarian crisis that the United Nations estimates has affected over 9 million people. Coletta Wanjohi reports from Addis Ababa.
